Rise and Shine Smoothie
Put 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 an orange, 1/2 an over-ripe banana, and 1/2 an individual packet of Jay Robb Strawberry Whey Protein in a blender with a little water. Blend for about 3 minutes and enjoy!
